APTN Broadcast Services Coverage and Facilities for Reagan Events
The Broadcast Services Division of APTN is available to provide live and tape transmissions, crewing, and workspace for visiting clients in Washington, DC.
 
On Wednesday, June 9th, the former president's body will be flown to Washington, where it will lie in state in the Capitol Rotunda until Friday's, (June 11th)  funeral at Washington National Cathedral.
 
To aid in your coverage of this event, APTN will provided live shot access outside the US Capitol, through Friday. Also, on Friday, we will offer live shot access from the West Lawn outside the Washington National Cathedral.
 
Facilities available include fully manned live positions outside the US Capitol, and from the west lawn of the Washington National Cathedral.
 
Beta SP tape playout is available from our bureau 1825 K Street N.W.Washington, DC.  (Crewing and editing available upon request.)
 
We are also pleased to offer workspace from our APTN DC broadcast center for those traveling news crews, as well as a head shot studio with night and day backdrops of the White House and US Capitol.
