BURTON, RICHTER NEWEST TV EXECS NAMED TO AP BROADCAST BOARD
WASHINGTON, D.C., – Two television industry leaders have been added this week to the Associated Press Broadcast Advisory Board at their annual spring meeting in Washington, D.C. Bill Burton of ABC and Robb Richter of LIN TV are the newest senior executives to be named to the Television division board, which is comprised of 10 representatives from across the country. The board will gather for its semi-annual meeting in Washington, April 8-9, 2008.
The advisory board is comprised of group level executives from AP broadcast members. The purpose of the board is to provide input and feedback on the broadcast marketplace and AP's role in that arena.
