Desmond Barlow worked as an Account Executive for Infinity Broadcasting prior to joining AP Radio. He has a bachelor's degree from the University of Cincinnati.

 

 

 

Before joining the Associated Press, Jeffrey Judkins had extensive sales and marketing experience in the investment industry. He performed as an investment advisor and fund raiser. He holds a BBA from American Intercontinental University.

 

Anita Muhammad, prior to joining AP, was a professional sales executive with PPLSI in Laurel, MD where she grew membership for both group and national accounts. She previously was an account executive with the NAB responsible for membership retention. Anita graduated from Howard University in Washington, DC with a degree in Radio, TV and Film.




 

Starr Talley is the AP Radio Division II Regional Sales Executive. She manages commercial and non-commercial radio stations, colleges, and Universities in the Midwest. Starr has several years of sales experience and training. Currently she is attending the University of Maryland pursuing a BA in Communications.  Starr also enjoys spending quality time with her son, family and friends.
